Flexera Agent and SCCM pulling different SN for same VM

Has anyone seen an issue where the Flexera Agent is pulling in a different serial number than SCCM in an AWS environment?  Both have the same inventory date, hostname, and IP address.  This is causing duplicate inventory records to be created. Thanks

Unable to Display Chinese software

It seems that FlexeraOne unable to show up Chinese software...because after installing, even we can see related information in .NDI and display name in control panel -> apps, but FlexeraOne unable to show software in Chinese.
