What is the difference between FNMS Cloud and Flexera One IT Asset Management?

Hello, I am wondering: What is the difference between FNMS Cloud and Flexera One IT Asset Management?I found online that Flexera One offers more functionality in regards to FNMS, so why would anyone use FNMS for that matter?
