Unlicensed/Licensed installations pie chart does not reflect data

Under the Management dashboard, the Unlicensed/Licensed installations pie chart does not display the percentage of such installations. What are the requirements for this calculation to take place and be displayed in the chart?

Solved SAP : Connection SNC between beacon and SAP
