Did you mean:

Error: The remote server returned an error: (429) ServiceThrottleThresholdExceeded.

Hi Forum,

Recently I'm receiving O365 connector issue- Error: The remote server returned an error: (429) ServiceThrottleThresholdExceeded. However it is getting resolved when is re-execute the connection.

But the thing is, I seeing this issue every alternative day. Nothing specific is recorded on the logs.

And I found out that one of our customers account also had same issue.

Did anyone got permanent fix for it, Rather than workaround which is mentioned above.

Thanks in advance ðŸ™‚

(1) Solution

Hi @ReshmaB,

Looking at the error itself it appears that it's coming from Microsoft's end as discussed here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/throttling

This may be due to a variety of reasons but it's not uncommon for this to occur if there are too many requests being made in a short period of time or requests being made during busy times on Microsoft's servers.

You may want to take a look when you have this connection scheduled and perhaps try adjusting the execution time to see if this addresses your issues?

Cheers
