Built-in capabilities are able to import purchase order details from Excel or CSV files in a few formats that are described on the following page: Purchase Order Upload
There is no built-in format specifically targeted at data from Oracle PeopleSoft spend management. However it may be feasible to configure a business adapter to import data from there without using one of the file formats that are built in to Flexera One ITAM.
