Restricted access

We have a supplier that will help us with our SAM.

We do not want to give them access to all our contracts and entitlements in Flexera, but only to those that matter to them.

Can we create user profiles that have limited access (exclude certain contracts / entitlements / publishers)?

Many thanks!

Hi @jhofstede ,

We can configure a role and apply restrictions based on Enterprise group(Location, Cost Center or Business Unit) and no possibility to control based on the Contracts, PO/Entitlements, unless these objects were assigned to any of the above enterprise groups where the role is allowed to access.

Regards,

Hi,

For some objects also "Category" works for restrictions. That can be used if existing enterprise groups do not fit to what you want to scope.

Hi,

It may also be possible to use "Categories" for this?
