Follow the steps below to import data directly from your Active Directory LDAP into the organizational structure instead of using an org.xml file.

Instructions

  1. From the Reporting > Organizational Structures, select Create Organizational Structure.
  2. Create an organizational structure consisting of four levels: Org Structure name, Company, Department, and User.

NOTE: For a user-based organizational structure, the last level should always be a user and should be mapped to "sAMAccountName."

  1. Select the checkbox to the left of the organizational structure, then click the Add LDAP association button to access LDAP Association and Mapping. From LDAP Association and Mapping, choose the corresponding LDAP domain name.
