Flexera Ideas - links direct to a Salesforce login page

Hi Guys, 👋

Firstly please move this out of the FNMS forum if needed, as I couldn't really find a home for it on the Flexera Community elsewhere.

When accessing a Flexera Ideas page, or opening the email the system sends when a change has been made to the status of an Idea, the link provided directs you to a Salesforce login page, that I do not have the credentials for. 

Can this please be fixed.

Clicking View Idea, then takes you to the below URL and following page >

i'm also facing the similar issue like its getting redirected to salesforce login page to vote for the ideas.

We will dig into this and fix it. In the interim, I think you'll want to sign into the community and then click the link. Can you let me know if that workaround works?

i'm getting re-routed to the salesforce login page from community portal(logged in) after clicking a hyperlink related to an idea and seems the workaround suggested is not working.

Hi, all! We are still troubleshooting. In the interim, please do the following workaround (we'll add it to the notifications for the time being, too.)

1. Sign into community using your default and leave the browser tab open
2. Click on the “view more” link in your email - it should open another tab with the idea

i didn't get your point in which page you're asking to click view more.
