SaaS Manager User Updates
1. Added new user to Visio Plan 2 over 24 hours ago and still not showing up in user list in SaaS Manager for the Visio license.
2. Reqeusted 3 users that were showing inactiive use for Visio Plan 2 to access the application over 24 hours ago; record still shows inactive for use.
How long does it take take for these updates to show within SaaS Manager?
Application access (activity) data for Microsoft applications is available 3 days after the events occur, please refer to the note in Microsoft 365 Client Credentials integration documentation:

Well the user shows up, but their use doesn't. I should have checked before answering earlier. I'm glad the users are visible, but this doesn't help when I need to prove use. Does that take additional time?
