SAP License Management in Flexera-Guidance Requested

What is the best way to manage SAP/Sybase licenses?
Is there an API into a SAP management console to capture license details?
Any guidance is appreciated.

Does SAP support API into its SAP management console to capture license details?
If that's the case you may be able to extract this information through a business adapter and then import it. If not, do you have the SKUs? (Normal processing of purchase records would be the approach I would recommend if that's the case...)

Please provide more details about what you've got access to and which data it provides.
