We have our FMNS integrated with Service Now. Unbeknownst to us integrations have a token expiration time frame. Ours was automatically set at 5 months.
Does anyone know if this 5 month time frame is a 'Best Practice' timing? Is it possible for us to set it to never expire?

Can you elaborate on what sort of token you are working with here? I can't immediately think of any FlexNet-issued token that would be relevant here, so I'm guessing that this might be a token issued by ServiceNow?
