FNMS GUI not working post upgrade to 2020 r2

Today we have upgraded FNMS 2020 R1 to 2020 R2 after that we got below error.

And another error while accessing https://localhost/Suite/

Good spot @cdubs76. This does look like a compatibility issue with the Data Import Web Portal custom component that has been used in some FlexNet Manager Suite deployments by some Flexera Services teams in the past: older versions of this component require updates to make it compatible with the FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2 release.

Try using the attached version of the file DataImportWebPortal\WebUI\App_Code\BusinessDataUploadsController.cs which contains appropriate updates.

The following error should disappear once the Data Import Web Portal is installed with this change:

CS1593: Delegate 'Flexera.Web.Core.Display.FileUploadHelper.FileUploadEventHandler' does not take two arguments

This is your Zscaler security endpoint is blocking.

 

Please get it whitelisted & check.

Please refer your shared screen shot.

Its clear mention or put your flexera URL in proxy bypass list.

any chance you use the FlexAdmin framework to deploy your FNMS installs?     Or did you have the "Business Data Uploads" tab added to your Data Inputs?  We saw something very similar on an upgrade to 2020R2 that was the cause.

It works for me after replacing the file.

Now another issue is  unable to open any module from Hardware Assets. It gives the Unexpected error.

Below is the error in WebUI log.

This latest error will be unrelated to the Data Import Web Portal problem. I would suggest starting a separate forum discussion thread for that one.
