We've noticed an issue/topic with Servicenow->Flexera Integration when running Full Export for Apps and Inventory.
When intial Full Export (1st run) is performed, following Delta (non-full) exports update the data and mark deleted applications as 'IsDeleted = true' in Servicenow. But once full export is run the statuses of already deleted applications changes to 'False' while it should not touch already deleted applications. This may lead to inconsistency of data if full export is run some time after delta.
I've confimed from FNMP.dbo.ServiceNow_Applications that app is marked 'IsDeleted = 1' when running delta, but naturally when full export is run the whole table is wiped and there is no trace of the previously deleted application remains for a specific machine. The problem is the app installation status then changes to IsDeleted = 'False' in ServiceNow end while that should not be touched. The ideal solution would be the wipe out the old info from ServiceNow after full export, but probably not possible.
