HI All,
We have recently upgraded to FlexNet Manager 2019 R2 OnPrem. We also started sending reg. files to our endpoints so the O365 usage data can be reported by the Flexera agents. We have started seeing the Raw Software Usage data getting populated with all the fields except for the total active time. Any help on getting this data will be appreciated. We would like to use the total active time to downgrade the license E3 for the employees that don't frequently use the O365 package to an E1.

Hi There,
Total Active Time is only available from Windows Operating system XP/2003 and earlier, later windows and Linux operating systems does not provide Active Time, it mean for the current operating system it will appear as EMPTY.
