Hi,
I have a report in cognos analytics that is scheduled to run weekly, and to both save and email the output report.
The running and saving the output is working at the scheduled time, however the email is not being sent.
I tried typing in specific addresses to send to and sending to a profile group but nothing appears to happen with either option. I cant see anything for this in the flexera system tasks either.
Where would I go to troubleshoot this issue?

@Leegriffiths97 - Since the scheduling/emailing functionality is 100% contained in IBM Cognos and not within FlexNet Manager, I would start by looking at the community forums for IBM Cognos for suggestions.
You can also look through the Cognos Log files found in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\logs
