Following to my previous update, trying to see if any one here can help, as we are having issue with seeing any of the dates which comes in with 'Service License Data Pack' even after ARL/EOSL update being successful, it's not updated on SQL table, so suppose not available on Install Application grid view too, this is on 2022 R1.

Thanks to @erwinlindemann for sharing the deck, it's really helpful. At the same time wondering what those other Apps without EOSL dates update would be and could that cause any drawbacks. We are still struggling with getting EOSL working as expected atleast for us.

And yes when i tried it on test i was not sure if this would help, now that you are also pointing me to this and with no issue from this in the test environment . will try it out in Prod and see how it goes.

Hi Chris, First of all thanks for your response on this post , I was not sure why my second comment on this post was considered as solution and it went to solved state, if any one would look in this post :-). And Yes, I had already tried this in the test environment and it had not broken anything (hopefully that was good sign) but since I did not have this import issue in that environment i could not confirm if that fixes the issue. Planning to give it a try in Prod.

Mapped 0 external File Evidence IDs" I found that for File Evidence Mapping Table has ExternalFileID is set to bigint and FileEvidenceID is set to int [INFO ] Failed to execute Reader 'UpdateTempImportedFileEvidence' from file C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\ImportProcedures\Inventory\Reader\managesoft\FileEvidence.xml, at step line 1 Error: Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int. Hi @ChrisG , Yes, end result of the agent seem to be same, from our side I don't have evidence with this scenario, never the less will have this verified. Also as mentioned we are working on auto-healing such agent with 3rd party tool. and Thanks Chris for looping in, any such info will be good and useful in fixing the issue better. Hi @cartejam, out of curiosity did you happen to notice what kind of patch causing this issue with the agents

Appricate if anyone has inputs on this query, I am trying to understand if all of the config.ini setting are populated during installation (which basically will be inputed with FNMS Beacon details) or there are any setting which will be populated with policy update apart from (schedule ). I am actually trying to do AutoHeal using 3rd party tool for FNMS Inventory agents which are Out- of-date, unable to communicate to the beacon due to corrupt config.ini file as in this post.

Also this seem to be coming up predominantly in for all of the failed to import files, " System.InvalidOperationException: The given value of type Int64 from the data source cannot be converted to type int of the specified target column. ---> System.OverflowException: Failed to convert parameter value from a Int64 to a Int32. ---> System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for an Int32 "
