When do cloud customers need to transition over?

We will offer a transition period for customers to choose when to move to the Flexera One platform. Customers will receive notice of Flexera One’s general availability several weeks prior to any changes. Please ensure your email address is correct in our system so that you receive the notice. (To check your email on file, navigate to the avatar > My account.) Email change requests to community@flexera.com.

Please find your product for specific timelines:

  • App Broker Cloud (IT Asset Request)
    • All App Broker Cloud customers are on the Flexera One platform—no transitions required.
  • FNMS Cloud
    • Early Access opened on October 15, 2020
    • General Availability opens on December 8, 2020
  • IT Visibility
    • All IT Visibility customers are on the Flexera One platform. No further transitions are needed.
  • Optima
    • Early Access open in early 2021
    • All customers on Flexera One in mid-2021
  • SaaS Manager
    • All SaaS Manager customers are on the Flexera One platform. No further transitions are needed.
