Hi, We have SaaS Mgr connected for Microsoft to Flexera One ITAM.

We have Office Pro Plus installed on some client workstations but do not see any of them on our Flexera One ITAM as an installed application:

The application shows up on our client workstation registries as O365ProPlusRetal.*  It has a key in the registry since it is a Plus version.  Why can't we see the installations of this application in Flexera One ITAM?  Thank you.

Which M365 licenses get imported from SaaS mgt. into the All licenses view?

For the entry that you expect to be your Office Pro Plus license, do you see a list of applications in its Applications tab:

And if yes, will any of these match the evidence that you see for devices where you know that it's installed?
