Unable to see user details in All inventory section in flexera one

Hi Team,

Below is the screenshot for the test devices where agents are installed. As per my understanding, when all the synchronization happens, all the details will captured. But here, user details are not captured, like assigned user or last logged on user are showing empty.

Could you please let me know how to rectify this? What are the process, let me know?

Have you brought in AD data via the beacon so the users appear on the All Users page? This data needs to be present to allow the logged on user gathered by the agent to be matched and shown in the UI for the device.
