What is the operational timing to process data between CMM and IT Visibility.
- All Devices are discoverable, All are included in an Application Stack, All are licensed in CMM to collect performance data.
- What is the normalization cycle to process inventory through IT Visibility?

This process is still semi-automated on the Flexera side, i.e. there are multiple teams involved in the process. When an org has been onboarded for the use of CMM as a data source for IT Visibility, a process monitors changes to the assessment data, and downloads new snapshots when the assessment is updated. The process notifies downstream services when new data is available.
There's no public documentation available yet.

Is the update only when changes are made in CMM or on a regular basis. In line with that, is there some specific timing we can expect to see updates in ITV and if they are not there, how can we track to see if it's a timing issue or larger problem if data is not being updated after - say a day.

The process monitors the changes and the data transferred is based on the delta.
If you don't see the data changes being updated in IT Visibility after 24 hours I would encourage you to contact Flexera Support
