As per the page you've found at https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITVisibility/ITVSupportedInventoryDataSources.htm, Flexera One IT Visibility is able to import data from SolarWinds Orion, although the integration it isn't out-of-the-box and you will need to configure the queries to do this (as this source is listed under the "Supported Data Sources that Require Configuration" section).
Also see the following page for products that Flexera One ITAM contains out-of-the-box integration with: https://docs.flexera.com/fnms/EN/SysReq/index.html#FNMS_sys_req/RN_sys_req_other.html. At this time, SolarWinds is not included on this list.
