As per the page you've found at https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITVisibility/ITVSupportedInventoryDataSources.htm, Flexera One IT Visibility is able to import data from SolarWinds Orion, although the integration it isn't out-of-the-box and you will need to configure the queries to do this (as this source is listed under the "Supported Data Sources that Require Configuration" section).
