Wondering if I should expect my IBM PVU Report to match the current consumption at the actual license level? Would there ever be a scenario where that wouldn't be the case?
Consumption of IBM PVU licenses will generally not be the same as the current consumption, except in the rare situation where the current consumption is the maximum consumption ever seen.
That is because for IBM PVU licenses you need to have enough entitlements to cover the highest (aka "peak") consumption seen in the past, not the current consumption.
