System Tasks Error (Error 403 Forbidden) (CJS H-D)

When I log into FlexNet Managers Suite the System Tasks reports it shows Microsoft Integration / FAILED on 1/1/20 at 9:03:13pm along with INVENTORY GATHERING FAILED. ERROR: THE REMOTE SERVER RETURNED AN ERROR ; (403) FORBIDDEN

Is your "Microsoft Integration" connection a connection to bring in data from Office 365? If so, the following KB article may be relevant for what you are seeing: Office 365 Adapter fails with an error when trying to capture the usage data
