one of our associate is not able to login to the FNMS UI.
he has the operator role and was able to login till this morning.
other users with same role are able to login and i am also able to access (admin role)
i tried disabling and enabling the associate role but seems like its still the same.

I wonder if something has changed which means the account name for your associate has changed from the account name that is recorded in FlexNet. For example, is it possible that the account they are using to login no longer matches the Account field on their account record in FlexNet?
