Need help setting up LDAP integration

I'm trying to integrate LDAP into FNMEA administration but kept getting this error during user creation:

"Failed to display the domain users. ([LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C09042F, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v2580])"

I suspect my entries in adding the LDAP domain is incorrect.  Can you provide sample values for the following fields:

User Search Filter
Authentication Filter
UserId Attribute
Group Name Attribute
Display Name Attribute

Group Search Filter
Display Name Attribute

I've already followed the sample values from here but still getting the same error message:

Got it working by using this format under the Domain Login field: "username@domain"
