We have some corporate divisions that have got beacon servers installed in their environment. These Beacon Servers collect inventory agent information from their environments in order to populate the inventory scope for FNMS. These divisions admins these beacon server and they can build and run Business Adapters that could populate some FNMS managed objects in an uncontroled way (such as contracts, purchase orders and so on)
Is there any way to selectively limit or reject the product of the execution of Business Adapters from beacon servers from the Batch or Inventory server side?

Your description of your challenges sounds to be of organizational nature rather than being technical issues. The FlexNet Manager solution isn't designed to and doesn't incorporate a distributed role based authorization functionality to facilitate your use cases, so it would be my recommendation to discuss internally how you could organize yourselves differently to manage its infrastructure.
Thanks,

Thanks you for your respond.
This is not a solution in our situation, but you have confirms us that we cannot directly control or restrict the use of business adapters built by local Beacon Server administrators.
Regards.
