Enterprise Group Assignment Permissions

I am looking for the correct permissions to allow a user to change the "Assign License Entitlement to group type"  under the group assignment tab in the License Properties. The user currently has a read only  account and the option only allows for location, but they need to be able to switch to cost center and Corporate unit.

Hi,

 

it make sense to "Allow" the following in "Licenses"

  1. List software licenses
  2. Read software license information
  3. Modify an existing software license
