API Developing for FNMS cloud?

I have new management and they have a lot of questions about FNMS cloud.

One group asked for API's for FNMS cloud.  So someone went and dug up this link:

There's not much to go on in this page and there's a banner above that says "Swagger" - so is this real?

1) Is this API for FNMS Cloud?

2) Is this API being developed by FNMS?  If not, are there plans for an API in the future?

A set of Rest APIs are being created for FNMS Cloud and is currently in BETA.  Please see the related Blog Post.
