Interesting error message when setting up the FlexNet integration

In a new install for a customer that has FlexeraOne as well, during the Flexera Integration set up the Test for the integration fails and it gives the following error:

Exception while executing TestConnection with parameters serviceUrl=https://slo.app.flexera.com/ManageSoftServices/ComplianceAPIService/ComplianceAPIService.asmx?orgid=36039; alternateUsername=; alternatePassword=******; errormessage=The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly. The first 1024 bytes of the response were:

I am using the url for the North American IAM Endpoint (https://login.flexera.com/oidc/token) along with their refresh token. I've also run the query to reveal the text box for the FlexNet Manager Suite Service Url and entered the following url into it - https://slo.app.flexera.com/ManageSoftServices/ComplianceAPIService/ComplianceAPIService.asmx?orgid=customer'sorgID

Has anyone come across this before? Any ideas?

Can you email me a copy of FNMSIntegration.log, and a screen capture showing the Flexera Integration settings you have defined? If you are ok with it, also email me the refresh token you are using, so I can run a couple of tests.  Thanks, Charles.
