No, currently the OS Security Patch Wizard only supports the older Windows XP\Windows Server 2003 style of patches. I also would love to be able to import .MSU patches into it. Be sure to let your salesperson know that this is a feature that you want. The more customers who request it, the better chance that management will prioritize it.
