Is it possible to find out what apps were EOL'ed and which ones were assigned EOL dates?

Hello All, I need some clarification. We are currently seeing a large number of Microsoft PO Imports where maintenance is not selected yet we are getting Effective and Expiry Date fields being defaulted with 1/1/1900 date. I have confirmed through the recognized SKU that maintenance is not included however a Contract number is being included on the import. The help file says "You may associate software maintenance with a purchase, without recording a separate contract record." implying to me that having a contract may automatically set maintenance? Would this be true? I can not find any other correlations as to why this date is being set. It does happen on non-Microsoft PO's as well but not at nearly the rate as the MS po's. thanks!

Looking for a clarification here as I couldn't find it spelled out in Help. I suspect this is the case but when processing a po and you search for an existing license, Flex will NOT include retired licenses in the search results, correct? Thanks!

Wondering why Flexera does not have a Total Spend by Publisher Report OOB. Unless I am just Blind and don't see it. Has anyone had success creating a report like this? Please share! thanks!

Is there a list of keyboard shortcuts that can be used within the Flexnet UI? Specifically on-prem if that matters. I have tried searching through community but am having no luck. Thanks!

How does Flex determine that a user used a specific application on a virtual server. Where is that information pulled from or stored? We are struggling with understanding our consumption on our virtual servers in regards to the users having access to a server versus the Username Flex is listing as someone that has "Accessed" the application. Hopefully that is clear. Thanks!

We import them to manage and allocate as needed. Sometimes it is helpful to extract the list to analyze, clean up etc. So as I read your reply, it is only possible via a custom report to the SQL Database?

Path is a column option under the File tab of the evidence tab under an Applications Properties page. I am trying to create a report that would include that file path but have not found that option in the report builder. We assume since it is an option in the column chooser that it should be an option in Report Builder. Anyone able to find this? Is this possible? I have included a screen shot of the column I am referencing. Thanks!

I found that there is a lot of evidence imported from the ARL for Oracle Java Platform 8 Standard. Some of them appear to not be the licensed version of JAVA (not Java Platform 8.0.%) I am mainly interested in 8.0.0.132. Hello, Hopefully quick question. If a Device showing in consumption with a keycode assigned falls off the network and no longer shows in Inventory, will Flex automatically free up that key or does that device need to have the key deallocated before the device drops off fully? Thanks!

Hi All, We have a handful of apps displaying the Alert of The license is linked to an application without evidence . Problem is when I go into the Application tab of the license, there is no application linked. Can anyone tell me where this alert is coming from? Also, was looking for a definition/description of this Alert and find no specific information. Thanks!
