Please make sure to use the DEB installer instead of the RPM package for Ubuntu or else you will see some 'glibc' related error.

Create a new adapter and make sure the Name and ID nodes are like below should be able to resolve your issue.(The ID node is populated by default, do not touch it)

A quick question, how to upload 'HR Roster template' and 'Expense Upload template" to SaaS Manager?Do customers need to raise a support case? How long it takes for the templates to be imported into the system?
