When trying to add analytic tiles on the dashboard, he comes back with an error that "you could not be signed into Flexera". If I go to reports-analytics I am able to access everything without issue. Has anyone else had the same problem?

We just upgraded from 2019 R2 to 2020 R2. After the upgrade some of the business imports are stalling at "importing into application server". If I reboot the app server and re-run a task, it will finish all the stalled tasks.  Any ideas? Thanks in ad...

We have setup multiple users without any issues but I have one user that it getting access denied from our instance. I have validated that we have the correct account and all the data is accurate. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you
