Working in SAAS Manager with O365 License. The ability "Manage Availble Licenses" does not seem to function as expected and I have spent hours today trying to review Microsoft. Has anyone else had this problem? I remove the licenses and the never go away. They come right back. Does this take overnight to resolve? Also, why is the save button at the bottom of the page and not docked at the top. Working in SAAS Manager has been more than difficult and I find something new every day. (adding attachment)

I can see that you've created a support case, (which I agree is the right approach here...)
