https configuration error

Hello,

I've configured FNMS 2021R1 (1 db, 1 application server, 1 beacon, 1 analytics server). It was working well with http. But there are some problems with https:

1) I cannot sign in FNMS/Suite on application server. It returned 401 error. But on beacon and analytics, I can use the same account to sign in.

2) All of the icons are missing. I check the font download as this link https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Knowledge-Base/Icons-are-missing-from-quot-Reports-quot-page/ta-p/2100  and it is enable. The web ui log shows no error.

*I cannot find the upload picture button for this question though upload video still appears. Is community page in update?

Hi Anhpham1652,

This could be a number of things, but most likely something with the web server, perhaps relating to authentication.

Can I suggest you raise an issue with support, and be ready to send these logs (web server)? I think this would be the best approach to resolution.
