error in SAP license position

Hi All,

I'm using FNMS2019R2 for SAP.

I tried to click current license position under SAP>License Position but error occurred.

i'm attaching the image for web ui having error.

I would like to ask anyone who know this error.

A Problem Occurred

SAP>License Position: {LandscapeName}

FlexNet Manager Platform detected a problem and could not complete your request.

Try looking in the C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\WebUI\webui.log file for additional details about an error like this. This log file may contain a more specific error message with a timestamp matching when the message is shown in the UI.

Dear Christ, unfortunagely, there were no error log withing the Webui.log file.

I found the directory and log file but there was no log about this error.

I tried many time to issue same error but log didn't work.

@gotqcorp Do you have a cloud based instance for Flexera?
