Service Account ../AppData../tmp Folder filled with Managesoft.Trace.API.DLL files

Our service account's appdata folder is getting overfilled and when i look into it I see hundreds of individual folders with this ManageSoft.Trace.API.DLL files. Does anyone know why and what these are used for? I need to clean them up.

For reference you can see a bunch got created in the last hour

I don't have any good insight to share on what causes these files continue to accumulate, but the following forum thread has some discussion about cleaning them up: FNMS high storage utilization on app server.
