Hello All,
We are setting up a Salesforce connection the initial test was all good. For that we need to get Salesforce license to allow us the connection in production. After a meeting with Salesforce it was not clear what kind of license we need to get.
Can somebody tell me what kind of license you have from Salesforce to allow you to collect the Salesforce for all each organisation in your organisation.
Regards
Frank

Hey Frank,
Do you think you can restate your question? I've done a number of Salesforce integrations for my company. We have almost 30. Perhaps I can help to answer some of your questions if you haven't completed the integration yet.

Hi @carethom ,
Thanks for your reply yes if you did amount of implementations you should know the answer. So what I want to know is the license/user type I need to setup on Salesforce side to allow me to collect all data needed.
For test we used the login from one of our administrators.
Is the question more clear now?

Frank

On SFDC's side, all you need is to clone the readonly profile. Just call it FlexeraReadOnly. An admin is required to setup the connected app and assign the profile to a user but the account itself does not need many rights.

Hello all,
At the end there was no Salesforce license needed. A lot of confusion that was hard to find the right answer.

I see that you got everything, I'm glad for you. You haven't tried connecting guided selling by Revenue Grid to improve online sales?
I think it will be interesting for you to get acquainted in more detail with the salesmen of this service.
