We have upgraded FNMS on premises from R1 2018 to R2 2019 and updated ADDM staging db.We are getting below message while executing exe file from latest adaptor files
"ERROR: Failed to receive a response from the ADDM web service: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."
Please help if anything is missed from verification

Without seeing the whole error message to confirm what has happened here I can only provide advice on the information currently provided, this error can often occur when the connection is being made over https but this hasn't been configured to communicate over and may be failing due to something such as an out of date certificate.
It would be worth testing to see if this can communicate correctly over http rather than https if it does connect successfully it would be worth checking your certificates as it may be failing on the cert check, it would also be worth checking your DNS settings if you are using the FQDN.
One option to test the certificate would be to disable the cert check / revocation, however please be aware this would purely be to test bypassing the certificate as if you disable this it could potentially leave you vulnerable so we would only recommend this as a test and not as a permanent solution for the issue, so you should change this back after testing. You could do this by changing the following entry in the registry;
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Common] "CheckServerCertificate"="false"
