Poor FNMS performance - EU

Hello,

Is anyone else experiencing poor performance in the cloud EU based version of FNMS since the latest update overnight?

A number of pages are failing to respond at all, and for the pages that do respond the page turn time is super slow.

Also there seems to be no acknowledgement of this issue on https://status.flexera.com/

Yes, we are also facing issues with our FNMS EU instance. Super slow and pages are getting timed out.

Hi - thank you for the notice. Our Support Engineers have reached out to our Site Reliability Engineers. I'll update this thread once I hear additional information.

Hi, all! The team has updated the status page and is looking to understand the longevity. Are you all still experiencing/impacted by the speed?

Hello,

I am still having issues with page turn speed, and pages simply timing out.

In terms of impact, the system has been intermittent since 8am

Also seeing errors such as this, when navigating to a number of pages:

An error has occurred while retrieving information; you may need to refresh the page.
Error ID: b5f3413a-8f54-4b9f-87eb-d52623253a53
Thank you! Have passed both pieces along to the team.

Hello,

Since the status update, that the platform is fixed, I am still experiencing the same issues and I have raised call 01887086 to track the problem.

Ben

Good to hear the first issue is resolved! The Site Reliability Team has pushed a bug fix this AM. Keep us posted on the other issue - we really appreciate it!

Hello,

Performance has returned, and there is less errors - so thank you.

However, I am still facing an error when navigating to this page:

https://aviva.flexnetmanager.eu/Suite/Locations/List

And trying to add an additional location presents this error;

An error has occurred while retrieving information; you may need to refresh the page.

Our SREs are working through the incident report and will make it available on status page and all when it’s ready. I'm working on getting an ETA.

Hello,

Can Flexera inform on the root cause of this issue? Why it happened and how it was fixed? Hoping it won't happen again. is it related to R1.4 somehow?

Hello,

We're also still awaiting an update on the root cause. Is this something you're able to provide @KPBussey ?

Ben

Please check with outher users in your environment if they are also facng the same issues and confirm

Hi, all - just closing the loop on this one. Our Incident Management Team posted the RCA at https://status.flexera.com/incidents/yyq9krsb6dxb last week. Including a direct link for the benefit of future readers. Thanks!
