The Consumption tab seems to have changed in FlexeraONE for Oracle Processor licenses. Previously when viewing the Consumption tab for Oracle Processor licenses, virtual environments were shown in tree form (Cluster, Host, VM, Oracle Instance) so you could tell which Oracle Instance or VM was causing the Host to consume. Consumption calculation still appears accurate, but the tree only goes to the Host level now. Sometimes VMs are listed separately with 0 consumption and sometimes the VMs are missing from the Consumption tab altogether. I have seen this for AIX and VMware Host/VM relationships for 3 customers so far, and opened a support case on their behalf.
