Licences consumption of virtual hosts is not ignored when overridden to zero

We have created a device license with the right set to consume one license per host (image1)

We also need to override the consumption for one host with 0 (zero), setting an exemption reason. This seems to work fine when No special virtualization rights option is selected, i.e. a VM consumption is overridden with 0.

When the host value is overridden with 0 and the exemption is set, the reconciliation seems to ignore this and still consume a license as shown in the screenshot below (image2)

How can this be fixed?

Hi,

Looks like the host is still consuming because VMs are linked to it. I would guess that you'll have to exempt all VMs to keep the host form consuming, at least under the current settings.

Best regards,
