The FlexNet inventory agent itself cannot report in to two separate systems. However your IT Partner may be able to gather files containing inventory and other details that the agents upload, and provide them to you for you to import into another FlexNet Manager Suite instance.
This would require your IT Partner to do some configuration to gather these files, as the the files are not stored by default.
