Some additional details about the reason for the installation failure will occur earlier in the "FlexNet Manager Platform Server.msi.log" file that what is shown in the screenshot. It's not always easy to find failure details in MSI logs, so you may have to hunt around a bit. But hopefully when you find the details it will give more insight into what is going wrong in this situation.
