Executing ndtrack.exe from a Network-Share

Hi,

would it work to start only the ndtrack.exe from a network share on our "old" Windows 7 devices where no Agent is going to be installed anymore like:

\\file.network.share\applications\FlexNet\InventoryScanner\ndtrack.exe ndtrack.exe -t Machine -o Upload=True -o UploadLocation="https://beacon.domain.com/ManageSoftRL" -o ShowIcon=False -o UserInteractionLevel=Quiet -o LowProfile=True -o CheckServerCertificate=false -o CheckCertificateRevocation=false

It will work as long as location is accessible. other was to do is mount this path as drive and run it from there.
