Suggest an improvement

Submit a request for new functionality or enhancement to an existing feature that would make the product behave more efficiently or extend its capability.

For Example:

  • I would like to see products differently.

  • I would like to see the product do something new.

  • I have an idea for how the product could be improved.

Open a support case

Create a new support case to get help with a problem you may be experiencing. This if the product behaves in a way in contravention to the documentation or displays an error visibly or in any log files or debug.

For Example:

  • I cannot get the product to work the way i want.

  • I donot understand something about the product.

  • I believe I have discovered a problem with the product.

Adobe Non Software Purchases

How do we enter in FNMS Adobe purchases which are not software or maintenance? Example are:

Adobe Sign for ent ProSvcs Subs: DCE TRN

Adobe Stock Credits PUF

Adobe Sign for ent ProSvcs Subs:SVCS T3

You could create purchase records for them under the Purchases area of FlexNet Manager Suite, but the answer probably depends on what you are seeking to achieve in relation to these purchases. What business process or need are you trying to meet by tracking these purchases in FlexNet Manager Suite?

You could create purchase records for them under the Purchases area of FlexNet Manager Suite, but the answer probably depends on what you are seeking to achieve in relation to these purchases. Thanks for your reply. It's more of customer requirement, they want it recorded in FNMS and may also include tracking since they have expiry date of 3 years. I checked in Purchases, seems i should manually add from there. There is a lot of Purchase type to choose from. Thanks for your help!!
