ARL Import still on in progress status

Hi community,

We have a problem with Reconciliation step.  When I check the status from System Tasks, the ARL Import is locked on in progress and the reconciliation doesn't work since this time.

I also ran the task manually to restart it, but without success. Please consult the attachment

Have you checked the ARL import logs in C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\Content for error messages, or to see where the process appears to have stopped?

I do not see any error message in the logs. But seems it is stuck at PURL.

There is a separate importPURL.log file - is there anything in there that may explain the cause your issue?
