Need AdminStudio 3rd Party Manual

I have tried to understand AdminStudio 5.0 but continue to get frustrated everytime I try to use it. I wonder if there is an Instructional Manual that I can buy online or at a local computer store that can explain the process of packaging to me in a more clear and easy manner than that which is provided to me with the purchased product. Does anyone have a recommendation for a truly inexperienced novice to AdminStudio? I am not able to attend a formal training class so I have to teach myself.
