ISM and MSI Error

Hi,

I hv created .MSI using Repackager successfully. I hv the following query..

(1)When I open .ISM file in the developer and run "Full MSI Validation suite" it gives some error which I resolved and built with 0 error and 0 warning.

(2)When I open .MSI for same project using developer and run "Full MSI Validation suite" it gives the same error which was coming when I run validation suite for .ISM. As I know If I resolved those error It should not come up this time..
Can any body suggest me the solution..

Pls make sure you rebuild your MSI to see the changes you made on the .ism
